If you enjoy racquet sports then you will enjoy pickleball. It has elements of the more familiar sports of badminton, table tennis and tennis. It is played on a similar sized court to badminton, but with a paddle which resembles a large table tennis bat, a hollow plastic ball with a number of holes and a net which is only 34 inches high. The serve is underhand. People of all levels of fitness can enjoy this game and the scoring keeps you mentally active!
