We are a group of enthusiastic walkers, who meet once a month to explore and enjoy our lovely Kent countryside.
Our walks are usually between 3-5 miles on average, generally taking 1.5 -2 hours.
We send out 6 monthly dates in advance so members can plan diaries and we try to do different days each month.
Walks are limited to 20-25 people, so we ask members to confirm if they wish to attend, but also let us know if you are unable to attend please. We will usually provide a weather check on the morning of the walk so keep a look out for an email. There will also be a description of the walk i.e. its degree of difficulty, point of interest etc., which will hopefully assist members in their decision whether to join the walk.
Where possible please car share as parking is sometimes limited, also we sometimes organise our walks so they loop from and to a coffee shop or( better still) a pub, so a chance for a chat and a bite to eat afterwards!
Before you ask to join this group, please read the Risk Assessment to be sure the group is suitable for you. Acceptance of the Risk Assessment is a condition of participation.
